On December 14th 2001, the Hydrocarbons Superintendence granted Transierra with the Concession for the Construction and Administration of the GASYRG pipeline, for a 40 years period.

Afterwards, once the Hydrocarbons Superintendence demands were fulfilled, on April 7th 2003, the GASYRG Operation License was obtained, and on January 12th 2004 the Villa Montes Compression Station operation began, also after its Operation License was granted by the Hydrocarbons Superintendence. All this allowed Transierra to comply with the contracts signed with the pipeline chargers.

Similarly, Transierra was granted with all the required Environmental Licenses, both for the construction and for the operation of the gas pipeline.
