As part of our continual improvement policy and with the objective of speed-up our supply process, Transierra has been using a provider’s data base, both for goods and for services.

In this sense, Transierra invites you to become part of our Providers Registry. In order to do it, you only need to fill-out the “Provider’s Data” Form (available at this Web site or directly at our office) and send it with the following attached documentation:

Societies established in Bolivia:

• Legalized photocopy of the Society Constitution document and it’s modifications (if so), dully registered at FUNDEMPRESA
• Original document of the registration at FUNDAEMPRESA (updated)
• Legalized photocopy of the NIT
• Photocopy of the Municipal Government’s registration
• Photocopy of the power of attorney duly registered at FUNDEMPRESA
• Photocopy of the Legal Representatives’ IDs

One-person companies established in Bolivia:

• Original document of the registration at FUNDAEMPRESA
• Legalized photocopy of the NIT
• Photocopy of the owner’s ID
 

Once verified the fulfillment of these requirements, a Provider Registration Certificate will be granted, which will endorse you to participate in any bidding process, with the sole presentation of a photocopy of it.
